Based on the Horikawa XB-115 rocket. Tin and plastic friction wheeled rocket with a green spark window. Friction action with rotating nose cone and spark. 11.5" tall, tin litho/hard plastic. The rocket has a simpler litho design and a green nose tip. It is marked "Apollo XV". Box? The subject suggests a 1970s date.
