Tin and plastic battery operated Rotate-O-Matic, guns in chest. A late version of the Rotate-O-Matic which sees the replacement of much of the metal with plastic. Chunky legs, a simplified head with plastic ear antennas and soft vinyl arms. It has the usual action. The distinguishing feature is the face which has an angled metal plate, the top section with red eyes, and the lower section with a mouth grille. Wedge shaped feet.
