This red plastic hand / plastic head version of the robot continued to appear in large quantities throughout the 80s and 90s, leading to speculation that it was still in production. Warehouse finds or clandestine production: it has not yet been clarified. The ST on the box is a safety declaration requirement introduced in the early 1970s.
