NEW ASTRONAUT, LATER VERSION - HORIKAWA - JAPAN

Plastic battery op, three hinged chest guns. This version has a face with a red plastic visor. The hands have distinct fingers or spikes rather than the usual open circle. Rotates. Virtually all of the external metal has now been replaced by plastic. There is nothing to justify the name "astronaut", either on the robot or the box art. This is a reworking of the earlier style of New Astronaut with a new head design. Also in blue. Wedge shaped feet.

There is a Japanese box version.
