MOON EXPLORER X-2 ASTRONAUT - YOSHIYA - JAPAN

Blue tinplate friction astronaut robot with astronaut head under a clear plastic dome surmounted with a rotating four arm antenna. The robot has twin air tanks with the wording X-2 on them. Crank action with an inertia waddling motion. Box says "Clear Plastic Helmet with Ray Counter". The ray counter is presumably the antenna. See also the X-15 variation.
