SPACE PATROL TANK - SANKEI - JAPAN

This is an impressive looking metallic blue lithographed tin space vehicle. The six wheel vehicle has tracks on the rear pair. A tin pilot sits under a clear plastic dome at the front and controls a space gun. Behind him rises a mass of equipment including a tower with a rotating antenna and a lighted rear screen. Battery operated action with movement, firing gun, rotating antenna and lighted space screen.

A newspaper ad dates the friction version to June 1960.
