This is one of the Masudaya large bowl shaped flying saucers. Metallic blue tin lithographed battery operated saucer saucer with bump and go action and flashing lights. Flat circular colored lights are mounted around the middle of dome. Floating styrofoam ball. The litho detailing includes a picture of Robby the Robot, though this is not shown on the box art. The earliest sighting is 1960.
