FRICTION SPACE PATROL CAR - MT IN OVAL MITSUHASHI? - JAPAN

This is a variation of the Mitsuhashi Atomic Race Car X-8. This is a little four wheeled rocket car from a little known company. Red and blue tin friction space car with plenty of space graphics. A light blue tin pilot head sits behind a windshield. The car has a large rear tail fin with a torus space station image on one side and Saturn on the other. Two smaller fins run alongside the tail fin. Space Patrol is marked on the sides.

No obvious maker's mark on the toy, though the box carries an MT in an oval logo. 6" 13cm
