X-400 SPACE EXPLORER 214 - ALPIA - ITALY

Hard plastic spaceship in silver with blue base. Also seen with silver top and base. This is an X-400 spaceship manufactured by Alpia in Italy in the 1950s. This is a copy of the Pyro original. There is no name on the spaceship, though the Alpia logo and Bergamo are moulded into the top of the ship. This is a friction drive mechanism with the motor inside the body. It has large, treaded rubber tyres.

Sold in a plain brown corrugated box stamped with the number 214.
