X-100 SPACE SCOUT - WITTROCK - FINLAND

ADMINDATA

Believed to be Finnish versions of the Pyro X-100 Space Scout. This spaceship is distinctive in that there are no cockpit cutouts; the openings are sealed. In addition there is an additional plastic lining to the underside of the fuselage.

Having two forward wheels and no tail wheels, it also has no window voids, due to the most surprising feature, a second skin or liner in a flecked greyish plastic which runs the whole length of the fuselage, fitting snuggly in the nose and tail. I can only assume this was to reinforce the whole model and keep breakages to a minimum, lowering the amount of negative feedback at the time?

Made in a wide range of semi-transparent plastic colors.
