FLYING SAUCER X-3 - MASUDAYA - JAPAN

ADMINDATA

This is a most unusual silver lithographed tinplate saucer with red and white details. The little circular saucer has an open cockpit at the top occupied by a white vinyl astronaut head. He sits behind one of those old fashioned metal windscreens. There are quaint litho details of portholes and a door. At the back of the saucer are three metal fins: the two horizontal ones are spread out far wider than usual. Flying Saucer wording on the top and X-3 is marked on the tail. There is a large prominent red plastic light on the front. Friction action with noise and spark. 6" 15cm diameter. This is Masudaya catalog number 3323. Date? See also the X-60 TORYS KOTOBUKIYA version of this saucer.
