RAZER RAY GUN - TAIYO/YOSHIYA - JAPAN

Gold metallic plastic space gun with large trigger guard. Clear red plastic barrel with chrome silver tip. There is a large window in the side revealing three geared wheels which spin when the trigger is pulled. Friction spark and noise. Three visible gears. 11" 28cm Barbed nozzle tip. A silver version of the gun is depicted on the box. The box carries a Yoshiya KO and Taiyo logo though the gun only has the Taiyo mark.

This is the original version of a much copied gun. Featured in the 1970 Daishin catalog.
