DavidM
Hi All , my question is what would be an Ideal surface for Most shuffel walker Robots to walk on ? I have a 1990’s Tin Tom Toys Smoking Robot and it walks good on surfaces with alittle texture on it such as wood grain or a painted surface . On surfaces with any shininess like marble countertops or any slick surface he’ll shuffel in place side to side . Thanks David M.
Martian Gil
Hi David! Wood with a slight grain, like you mention works well for some. I think paper works nicely when testing repairs - wheels, ratchet mechs, & such - a couple of pieces taped down seem to give the toy something to work with. Good luck!
