space.trucks
UPDATE: Alain Lapointe has helped ID the red figure as a Mold-A-Rama piece, see his posts below with links on the contraption. Interesting how the red guy is wearing a Project Gemini suit but they stuck him on the moon. Marx copy would have been post 1970 as that's when the six inch figures first appeared. Florida. The Tropical State. He could still serve as a flask. Get all blotto on Spaceman Gin. Marx dude is looking down, copy looking outward. We also see about half as much as his Snoopy Cap, he has no base, and his square scoop is filled in. I also eye him as about 1/2 a hair smaller in proportion to the Marx original. 628 HONG KONG Different face. From the shoulder loops I'd be willing to wager he was a parachute jumper toy. Vendor based in the UK and even he described it as "unusual". Only noticed after making this pix that the placement on the smaller version's O2 hoses on his left is lower than on the 6" guy, and his face looks too big 0.O
ervino
Hmmm... could the red one be a gift shop item from Cape Canaveral? Or maybe a Michelin Bibendum wannabe?
