6Stelab9
I didn't remember they used such a spaceship to reach the moon fifty years ago. I assume it is from india. Nice and unusual rocket and indian toys are always very colorful. Brian..
What a beautiful space rocket. The closest I can think is the English Space Patrol plane. This one, however, is fully equipped as a rocket. I just love the naive charm of the toy. Never seen it before. Thanks, Stephane.
Brian..
Here's the Space Patrol plane for comparison. It's not designed for space flight, unlike the Indian Apollo 11. Thinking about it, the Space Shuttle was a winged spaceship.

Maybe it was a fast and opportunistic adaptation of an older toy. I think there is so much to learn yet about the toys industries throughout the world in the XXth century. It's always nice to see something unusual. I hope it will land in an alphadromer's home.
