space.trucks
Interesting: https://www.amazon.com/SCS-Direct-Astronaut-Action-Figures/dp/B07G9QGJFB?SubscriptionId=AKIAJQI4WMRX5G4E5LIQ&tag=phumocom-20 I definitely want a closer look. Anyone familiar with the set or its forms? New to my eyes.
SERIOUSBOB
These are also pretty cool from the same company, available on Amazon. Humans VS. Aliens. They also have a robot set but I no longer see it on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Humans-Aliens-Monster-Action-Playset/dp/B0747QDHGV/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=humans+vs.+aliens&qid=1558629380&s=toys-and-games&sr=1-

Tinplate6
The aliens are very "Lovecraftian" in their appearance.
JC Carbonel
Two or three years ago, someone issued a board game based on Cthulhu Mythos with nice big figures of Cthulhu & friends. Passed it because it was horribly high priced. Could it have been an inspiration here? JCC
space.trucks
SOLD OUT!! LOL, at least on Amazon. Shoulda coulda. It'll turn up again. But nosing around reveals that SDS Direct does the "Big Bucket" series which includes the "Big Bucket of Astronauts" featuring the Hing Fat space collection & in my opinion one of the definitive sets *not* packaged by Hing Fat themselves. https://scsdirectinc.com/product-category/toys-and-games/big-buckets-of-action-figures/ SDS' astronaut bucket page links to Amazon who have it listed as discontinued, darn. Chances are high that all of the SDS Big Bucket set contents come out of the same factory on mainland China related to HF, with secondary companies like SDS packaging for retail placement. You don't order direct from Hing Fat unless you're buying 20 cases, and they must make the components of such bucket sets available as bulk allotments that the SDS's box up in their own packaging with their own artworks. http://www.hingfat.com.hk/index.php?c=1 And while I can't find this scifi figure set as HF product, these ocean exploration packages look cool! Just get the bucket. But where to look for them at retail?? that's the nut to crack. http://www.hingfat.com.hk/index.php?c=

space.trucks
Bammo, and it's Prime. Tn the cart, many thanks! This is the Astronaut Bucket set I went with, packaging by Daron Industries. https://www.tintoyarcade.com/nasa-space-adventure-set.html?search=astronauts&description=true Someone has a sealed SDS "Big Bucket of Astronauts" on the b4y at $79. SDS may have discontinued. Been meaning to look at Big Lots etc for a closeout. Set isn't as big as the SDS bucket but the contents are the same in form.
