This was a ThreeZero pre-order around June of last year, and has just now shipped. It was originally priced at $235...as the ad states, he stands 16 inches tall made of "beautiful vinyl". So, for that price, what does he do...absolutely nothing. The Anniversary Edition colorway is long sold out, although you might still be able to grab one from BigBadToyStore.com. Our hero is heavily weathered, with touches of rust, unlike Astro Boy...(he does bear more than just a passing resemblance though). He has the hair spikes (but on the opposite side), the super hearing, 20/20 vision, a huge "A" on his belt, and rocket ports on the bottoms of his boots. All designed to keep the Japanese lawyers from attacking Hong Kong. As a devout Astro Boy fan, I was initially hesitant about getting one, but it grew on me, and I finally gave in. There are smaller 8" versions out there for around $95.00 in two types they are so unusual. That 16" is amazing! I saw the 16" in black version but like yours better.
