A Humanoid monster version of a Dalek Sec was the leader of the Cult of Skaro, and later, a Human-Dalekhybrid. Known for being given the capability to think beyond the normal scope of a conventional Dalek, he eventually resorted to unorthodox methods to keep the Dalek species alive.

The act that ultimately doomed him was tampering with the genetic template of his species, which was considered an affront to the existence of pure Daleks, and repulsed the other Daleks under his command when he chose to undergo an evolution into a new form. His personality vastly changed following his transformation, going from a ruthless strategist to a pacifist, and his subordinates responded accordingly by going from following his orders unquestioningly to rebelling against him.

We now have the Robots called the Heavenly Host, or the Host, which were service robots used by Max Capricorn Starcruisers. They were fashioned to look like Earth's angels. Their purpose was to provide information and other assistance to crew and passengers. However, the Heavenly Host lacked autonomy and would do anything their master authority ordered, including criminal acts such as murder.

We now have the Supreme Dalek which was the name given to many Daleks, usually within the Black/White/Red Dalek ranks, to serve the role of commander. This title could refer to the leader of a specific operation, territory, faction or of the entire Dalek race in the absence of the Dalek Emperor.

A most unusual monster called The Hath which were a humanoid race with purple and orange, fish-like skin and small headcrests running along the top of their heads. They were slightly taller than most humanoids. They required nutrient liquid for breathing, which affected communication. When in a human-breathable atmosphere, they used a breathing structure attached to their mouths.

Up next The Silence a terrifying race who invaded Earth at an undetermined point in our history. They have powers of telepathy and can kill using a deadly discharge from their hands. But every Silent has a far eerier ability... Even if you see a Silent, you won't know you've spotted it as Silence somehow edit themselves from an observer's memory. Glimpse one of these creatures and you may feel slightly unsettled the moment it's out of view, but you won't remember anything about it. If and when you next see a Silent you may have a flashback to your first encounter, but again, when the Silent is out of view your mind will not recall ever seeing the alien.

Now for the real bad Monsters called Weeping Angels According to the Doctor, the Weeping Angels "are as old as the universe (or very nearly), but no one really knows where they come from." He also describes them as "the deadliest, most powerful, most malevolent life-form evolution has ever produced." Weeping Angels are unusual as predators in that they neither kill nor directly parasitize their prey. Their usual mode of feeding is to make use of time paradoxes - with a single touch, a Weeping Angel can send a person into the past to a point before his/her own birth, and can then feed off the "potential energy" of the years which that victim would have lived in the present. The Doctor describes the Angels as "the only psychopaths in the universe to kill you nicely" because their victims are otherwise uninjured and may live out their lifespans in the past.

Now for the Silurians Technologically advanced, they lived alongside their aquatic cousins, the Sea Devils. Unlike other species, Silurians showed an important intraspecific variation, with vast differentiation between breeds, such as the number of eyes, the formation of their pupils and the colour of their skin.

Up next the Handbots they were approximately six feet tall, white and humanoid. Their hands were their most prominent features, serving many strange and mundane purposes. They use them to manipulate objects such as hypodermic needles, which they carried in their chests and heads. With the aid of synthetic, organic skin grafted onto their hands, they were used for sensory perception, "seeing" with their fingers. This form of sight was so potent that Handbots could see the types of bacteria on a person. The eponymous hands also held anaesthetic transfer: one touch was all it took to send someone to sleep in moments.

Handbots communicated to a degree with the patients, but lacked any kind of intelligence. If a person's reply to a Handbot did not match an "acceptable" reply, the statement would be rejected and the handbot would continue any course of action it deemed appropriate.

The Handbots were equipped with hypodermic needles and darts, which they used to administer their "kindnesses". The syringes were held in a chest compartment and given by hand. The darts were held inside the head for feistier residents and were shot at patients in what was known as the "secondary delivery system". Administration of medicine would usually be accompanied by a set dialogue: "Do not be alarmed. This is a kindness." They could be reprogrammed to be docile and Killers!
