Phil R Posted January 31, 2017 Share Posted January 31, 2017 As most Alphadromers know, and by my avatar, I'm a big fan of all things vintage Buck Rogers. Several years ago I purchased an odd item called a Chick-U-Bator, a saucer shaped incubator to show kids how eggs hatch. My intent was to use it for a saucer build. After several years I finally got around to it. I used the theme from the 30s Buck Rogers Sunday strips in a kind of art deco look. The saucer uses bits and pieces and stylized fins as well as a battery op push button lighting. It's about 12" long. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
