This ray gun was made in England by Selcol in the 1960s, but it has the Knickerbocker (Hollywood CA) markings too. I have no idea about the relation between Selcol and Knickerbocker. Is there a US Knickerbocker only (no Selcol) version of this gun? Do you consider this an American or an English gun? Anyway this is a very nice, big and heavy gun: it shoots 4 darts. There are a lot of copies of this gun, made in Hong Kong, Spain, and also an Italian copy made by Co-Ma, with a slightly different design, but I think the Knickerbocker is the first, original version (on the gun you read: PAT'S APPL'D FOR).
