It features 15 parts that can be tabbed together but I added glue. You can spin the cone on its head to reveal 3 sets of eyes. The arms are movable and a key in the back can be rotated. Cost me $10 including shipping from Japan as a paper robot eBay sale. Though perched on my hobby knife box, I didn't have to cut it out. All parts were preperforated.
