They have even added a New Bad Robot Logo for this year at the end of fringe. No longer like a cartoon but looks just like the new sandstone figurine. 😄

Over time I keep watching for this limited to 1000 2nd version to appear on Ebay. There price keeps going up and up. Two recently ended on Ebay with the first one that went for $360.00 and had both legs where the Knees are damaged quite a few arrived as such when they first came out do to the weight on the boots and there knees to be the weakest points. The second one ended at $460.00 still new in box not a bad price for them since they went for around $90.00 at first. I have yet to see the first version for sale that were limited to 500 and this one did not have that Slusho cup in hand.

I have my "Slusho" edition at work. Glad I bought it when it first came out!

Same here. I keep seeing there value going up over time along with Bad Robot Productions. I have had friends stop over and once they see this Bad Robot they know who he is and get to see the whole Robot.

The Bad Robot is having an interesting life.

Bad Robot On Board- Vintage Pulp Edition
2013
Acrylic & Digital
Along with the original painting, Stephen Andrade created two series of signed and numbered prints for sale at the Bad Robot tribute show for Gallery1988. The first was a print edition of the painting as seen; for the second set of prints I digitally added text and distressed textures to give the image the appearance of an old and well-loved science fiction pulp magazine. The names on the left of the "cover" are the director and writers of the Bad Robot production company's successful 2009 Star Trek film-- the obvious inspiration for this piece.

An outstanding modification, Roboto. Just like some of the older comic book covers I've been viewing. ( originals ) I don't follow the 'bad robot' but I dug this up for you to go with the Star Trek theme...Here is Trekkie bad robot -post-1682-0-34127500-1367726904.jpg

Even World of Warcraft has added him to there run.

Blizzard plans to pay tribute to Lost, Fringe, and the studio that brought us the reimagined Star Trek films with a new pet based on JJ Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions.

World of Warcraft continues to dominate the MMO space with ease, but a lot of the game’s success is due to Blizzard’s consistent updates over the years. A new update is currently in the works that will help make room for a new addition to the WOW family of pets.

Coming soon will be a pet based on the Bad Robot featured in the company logo of JJ Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions. Blizzard claims the move is out of respect and appreciation of Bad Robot’s television and film projects like Fringe, Lost, and the upcoming seventh Star Wars movie. Curiously there just happens to be a new Star Trek movie from Bad Robot just around the corner, so the timing is awful on point for a coincidence.

Blizzard stated everyone who plays will have a chance to get the Bad Robot for themselves, but didn’t announce specifics of when and where to expect the little automated man to appear.
