It seems they had parts left over and did something very different to the look of the Evil. One very colorful look it became. Came with all chrome collars. Roboto Posted January 19, 2011 Author Share Posted January 19, 2011 The last twist to the Space Evil was this Space Evil Patrol in the Horikawa paint finish. They did this one with clear eyes and guns with pilots sitting inside with rear lit control panels. There hope was to make a run on them however the cost to have it done along with the clear eyes was just to much. From what I have found out only 3 were made. Came with the original box. Any idea aprox how tall the little guys would be standing up ?I want to figure out what the scale would be. I ask because the Attacking Martian I had as a kid was always visualized in my head as being gigantic like this ! The multi-colored Space Evils would be a great addition to the collection if MH/Osaka continue to release a few over the yrs with there spare parts. Ultrarobotman Posted April 27, 2013 Share Posted April 27, 2013 I like this new variation of the Space evil my son recieved the other day from Robot Island, (the red one )on the left, with Astro-one in the rear and traditional Space evils on the right) it has the same inner gun panel print as my Astro-one does, from a few years ago. More evidence Metal House is indeed using up parts they already have in stock, and as much as I like this small variation, I anxiously await to see what is next. Roboto Posted April 28, 2013 Author Share Posted April 28, 2013 It sure looks like they have changed the inner gun Lithos on the newer Reds and perhaps the Blues also. The last Evil to have the older Gun Litho was the White Evil. What is nice to see is they have kept the boots the same color as they were since only a few had that gray silver metallic finish to them. Most Evils always had the Red Boots.
