This new version has mouth that opens and closes, ears that flap up and down, Rolly-eyes, and some sparkling action which can be seen on his back.  The more you wind him up the more heat generated to make some small sparks.   All tin toys are produced in same manner as in the1950's/60's and some minor rubs or imperfections can occur during this process of authentic hand-made production and assembly of toy and box.
