robothut Posted May 28, 2010 Share Posted May 28, 2010 Here are the Robert The Robot patent drawings from 1954, the patent was granted in 1955 and the first version of the robot was sold in 1954 according to the time line. If you have some nice pictures of the first version of Robert and his box feel free to post them to this thread so as to compleat the information. The first version is the one with the clear plastic parts in the head, the mechanically linked arms to the drive wheels and the tool chest door with tools.
